Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping at CHRISTINA Hong Kong. We are dedicated to providing you with advanced clinical skincare products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order:
1. Order Processing & Delivery Time
- Processing Time: Upon confirmation of order and payment, please allow 3 to 7 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) for us to process, pack, and dispatch your order.
- Courier Service: We primarily use SF Express for all shipments. Once dispatched, estimated delivery takes 1 to 2 working days, subject to SF Express’s official scheduling and route availability.
- Modification of Delivery Info: Once the order has been dispatched, if you need to amend the shipping address, contact number, or schedule a specific delivery time, please contact SF Express directly. SF Express may incur additional administrative or redirection charges at the customer's own expense.
2. Shipping Rates & Thresholds
- Local Orders (Hong Kong & Macau):
- Orders with a net total (after discounts) of HK$800 or above qualify for Free Shipping.
- Orders under HK$800 will be shipped via SF Express (Freight Collect).
- International Orders:
- We welcome overseas orders. International shipping fees are excluded from the local free shipping promotion and vary by destination and package weight.
- Please contact our Customer Service team to check the shipping rates BEFORE placing an international order.
3. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate recipient name, phone number, and shipping address.
- If a package is returned to us due to incorrect information, failure to contact the recipient, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the parcel within the designated period, no refund will be issued. Customers will be responsible for all return and re-shipping costs if a re-delivery is requested.
